We want you to enjoy everything you purchase from us and hope you love your bread however if you have any concerns please contact us via info@bakerbleu.com.au

We do not offer refunds for change of mind on perishable goods.

Due to our products nature, we do not accept returns on perishable goods.

However, if your item is faulty, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us at info@bakerbleu.com.au or visit your local store or phone 1300bakerb as soon as possible. We will happily offer a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Non-Perishable items (e.g. merchandise)

For non-perishable items, refunds or exchanges may be offered at our discretion if a receipt is provided and it is within 30 days.

To return your prod­uct, please contact info@bakerbleu.com.au first for approval and the next steps. Once your return is received and assessed, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under Australian Consumer Law.
