On Hawthorn Road, our Caulfield North bakery opened in June 2019, just a stone’s throw from beautiful Caulfield Park.

A welcoming, cozy neighbourhood with everything from grocery items to a pilates studio on offer, pop in and grab a freshly baked loaf and Market Lane coffee.

Our Hawksburn Village bakery is just off Malvern Road, this village is a locals delight with an abduance of shops from luxury clothing and homewares to the grocery essentials. This cozy, tucked away bakery is take-away only.

Our team are on-site seven days a week, crafting delicious pastries, filled sandwiches and savoury items like sausages rolls.

Opposite the Roy­al Botan­ic Gar­dens is a perfect bakery to pick up picnic supplies; cinnamon scrolls, green goddess chicken sandwiches, cold drinks and buy a baguette.

In the beautiful suburb of double bay, we bake our famous dark crust sourdough bread and pastries on-site, seven days a week. Baker Bleu's first Sydney location featuring outdoor seating and a welcoming atmosphere.
